LOBSTER SALAD with POTATO-LEEK NEST  
Tossed in lemon-mustard mayonnaise with chives, fresh tarragon, fennel & celery, served on a nest of crisped potato & leek threads and frisee lettuce, topped with Black Caviar.

GREEK GODDESS SEAFOOD SALAD 
A mixture of lettuce, red & yellow peppers, cucumber slices, tomatoes, black Kalamata olives & red onions, tossed with our own Greek salad dressing & crumbled Feta cheese, topped with shrimps, mussels, calamari, lobster and crab.

Combination of three fish, chosen daily by our Chef, in butter and white wine sauce with wild mushrooms, drizzled with black truffle oil and served with smoked tomato and Salsa Verde rice, topped with black caviar.

COQUILLES ST. JACQUES
Mixture of bay scallops, shrimp, lobster and crab meat in a white wine cream sauce, baked with parmesan cheese and served with Salsa Verde rice and grilled vegetables.

THREE CHEESE CRAB BAKE 
Snow crab meat, baked in Phyllo pastry with creamy white wine sauce, baby spinach, Smoked Mozzarella, Gruyere and Padano-Parmiggiano cheese, served with rice and grilled vegetables.

SHRIMP SIZZLER 
Tiger shrimps marinated in spiced coconut milk with Thai chili pepper and ginger, sautéed in extra virgin olive oil with garlic and shallots, served with lime-Jasmine rice, braised baby bok choy and mango salsa with fresh basil.
